What's your role?
As International Sales Manager, you are the commercial face of TRACX across Europe. TRACX provides international event organisers worldwide with a fully customised EventApp, ensuring the best possible event experience for participants and fans. You kick off our next growth phase by significantly expanding the number of mid-sized and major sports events using our app. You build long-term partnerships, guide organisers of international events from first contact to delivery, and translate their needs into clear input for our technical teams. With the support of your team and direct lines to Founder and CEO Niels, you create real market impact in countries such as the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain and Italy. You are an enthusiastic, high-energy dealmaker who feels at home in an international tech environment. Someone who builds relationships with ease, thinks strategically, and understands how digital products create tangible value for enterprise-level clients.
What are we looking for?
A minimum of HBO-level working and thinking ability (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
Excellent communication skills: fluent English is essential, German or French is a strong plus.
Proven experience in international sales within IT, Tech or digital services.
Affinity with sport and sports events is a definite advantage.
A structured, disciplined and results-driven way of working.
The ability to close complex, high-value deals at executive level.
Empathy, energy and a natural ability to bring people along.

Key responsibilities
Expand the number of European sports events using TRACX.
Proactively approach and persuade organisers of major running, triathlon, cycling and other mass-participation events.
Build strong, long-term partnerships with key players in the sports industry.
Translate market needs into product development opportunities and new features.
Lead professional, structured negotiations, contracting and follow-up.
Coordinate service delivery and support for events: before, during and after each event.
Play a leading role in the evolution of TRACX from a tracking app into a fully integrated event solution.
In the longer term: build and scale your own EU sales organisation.
